• l Only verified tribal members can register and list services.
• l Users must provide accurate and authentic information.

2. Service Limitations

l The platform is currently open to tribal members only. Future expansion may include non-tribal members.

l Misrepresentation or false listings may result in account suspension or legal action.

3. User Responsibilities

l Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listings.

l Users must comply with all applicable laws when listing properties or offering services.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Tribes & Trades acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for any disputes or transactions between users. Due diligence is advised before engaging in any financial transaction.

5. Payment & Service Charges

l Service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

l Razorpay’s payment processing terms will apply to all transactions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating these terms.
